David graduated Magna
Cum Laude from
Clemson University in 1989 and the
University of South Carolina School of
Law in 1992. While in law school,
David was an Associate Articles Editor
for the South Carolina Law Review and
member of the Order of Wig and Robe.
Upon graduation, he clerked for the
Honorable Henry F. Floyd, Circuit Judge
for the State of South Carolina.
He began practicing law with the Horton
Law Firm in 1993 and became a partner in
1995.
David concentrates his practice on civil
litigation and appellate advocacy.
He handles a wide variety of cases
including personal injury, auto
accidents, divorce and family law,
worker's compensation, breach of
contract, and business disputes. David
also represents more than fifty
homeowners’ associations.
