David B. Ward
|
David B. Ward was born on September 25,
1940 in Norfolk, Virginia. He served in
the United States Air Force from 1961 to
1965 as a Russian linguist in the
Security Service Command following a
course of study at Syracuse University.
He completed his undergraduate education
in 1967 from the University of South
Carolina and obtained a law degree from
South Carolina School of law in 1970.
Mr. Ward has received an AV rating from
Martindale-Hubbell and is licensed to
practice in South Carolina before the
South Carolina Supreme Court and all
state courts, United States District
Court, and Fourth Circuit Court of
Appeals in Virginia. He continues an
active practice in all areas, with
special attention to problem solving and
dispute resolution.
