Bo graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1992 and spent the first ten years of his legal career litigating products liability, medical malpractice and industrial accident cases in Charleston, SC. After a sabbatical that took him to Pau, France for a year, Bo settled in Greenville and started his own practice. Shortly thereafter he was asked to join the Horton Law Firm as shareholder, where he has practiced since 2003.

Bo is admitted to practice in all Courts in the State of South Carolina as well as the U.S. District Court and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. He is a member of the Greenville and South Carolina Bar Associations and is certified as Mediator by the South Carolina Bar. Bo focuses his practice on general corporate and transactional law as well as business and personal injury litigation, wrongful death claims, workers’ compensation claims, employment disputes, and probate matters.

If he is not riding his bicycle, Bo can usually be found on the tennis court or brewing beer. He is a member and former director of the Greenville Spinners Bicycle Club. Bo is also active in various neighborhood partnership initiatives, and serves as pro bono general counsel to a number of local non-profits. A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Bo lives with his wife and daughter in downtown Greenville.
